Delta Capacity Appoints Marc Weisser as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer

Delta Capacity is pleased to announce the appointment of Marc Weisser as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer.

In his new role, Marc will lead Delta Capacity’s finance and investment strategy, supporting the continued growth of the company’s energy storage platform and expanding project portfolio.

Marc brings extensive experience across strategic finance, M&A, capital markets, and the energy sector. Prior to joining Delta Capacity, he served as Chief Financial Officer at BW ESS, where he was responsible for the company’s financing and M&A strategy and played a key role in scaling its global strategic finance function.

Before BW ESS, Marc held investment banking roles at UBS in Zurich, as well as Lazard, Morgan Stanley, and Scotiabank in London, advising on M&A, strategic transactions, and capital markets across the energy sector.

Marc holds an M.Sc. in Industrial and Financial Economics from the University of Gothenburg and a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in International Business from Paderborn University.
